Paper

Giclée printed in the UK on 315gsm Natural Soft Textured. This is a 100% acid free, cotton based, fine art paper with a soft texture. The paper is approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild to ensure a print life of more than 85 years.

Packaging

All prints are wrapped in biodegradable and compostable film made from annually renewable corn/potato starch. The bags are fully biodegradable and compostable, which means that they break down to CO2 and water which can be reused in the eco system to make new plants. This process can happen in commercial, home composting or landfill but in commercial composting the temperature will be higher and the process is much quicker.

Prints are then backed with 100% recycled grey board to protect them before framing.

Packaged prints are carefully wrapped in acid free FSC certified tissue paper, custom printed using soy based inks.

Plastic Free

To protect the natural environments that feature in my artwork, the aim is to ensure that all packaging is plastic free, recycled, recyclable or compostable. When posted, prints are wrapped in acid free, FSC certified tissue paper, protected in cardboard envelopes or cardboard boxes and all the extra packaging bits (stickers, tape, paper etc) are plastic free.
